For garage clearance issues, a hanging bike rack with folding arms will be your best option, and the rack that is going to give you the most room will be the Kuat Beta # B202-2. When the arms are folded down, it is 13-3/4 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the furthermost part of the rack.

I checked the measurements with one of the Curt Trailer Hitch Receivers # C13043 on our shelves and it has the same 7-7/8" outer holes measurement from center to center, 4-3/4" inner hole measurement center to center and I measured 2-3/16" center to center between the front and rear sets of holes. The Yakima FullSwing 4 Bike Rack # Y02465 is 1-1/2" from the hitch pin hole and the back of the shank. I went out to our warehouse to measure how far the ends of the receivers are from the hitch pin holes. The Curt # C13043 measures 2-1/2 inches from the center of the rear mounting holes to the back of the receiver (towards the spare tire). I can help you get an idea of the clearance on your 2012 Lexus GX 460 but we didn't take that measurement when we installed either the Draw-Tite # 75685 or the Curt # C13043 so I don't have the exact distance.
I measured from the center of of the mounting holes closest to the spare on both hitches to the closest part of the hitch and it's about 3/4 of an inch on the Curt and 7/16 of an inch on the Draw-Tite. I pulled one of the Ultra-Fab Hitch Mounted Skid Wheel kits # UF48-979015 from our warehouse and measured the included mounting bolts. Their overall length is 5-1/4-inches and their length from the bottom of the head to the end of the threads is indeed 5-inches. Bolt diameter is 1/4-inch. I will have the written specs on the product page updated to reflect the actual bolt length.
